 Christina's obsession with real estate began with her first home purchase in 2001 when she stopped renting and later sold the home and profited her 1st $150k.

As a 20 year sales executive, she has been in the industry since 2011.  A few of her major accomplishments include running Trulia's #1 revenue office and consulting top realtors and broker-owners for Zillow.com, with one being featured on Million Dollar Listings.

Colorado has been her home for 20 years and has loved Castle Rock as a resident for over 10 years.  She knows the local comunities and has diverse skills to flex in most residential scenarios from new builds, previously owned homes, luxury properties (where she started), and investments.

Christina's life is full with Gareth, her husband, and being able to share it with their children Kaitlyn, Natalie, and Britain and their 3 dogs, Cooper, Peyton, and Surrey.  And yes, Peyton is named after our famous ex-QB, being a huge fan since he started with the Colts.  She loves the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
